About the project

Jool Baby was just another brand in the baby care space, now it’s a trusted ally. We had limited resources, awareness and minimal distribution, but by the end of year 1 the business had grown over 40% and is now on the rise to take on both the online and offline markets as a recognized and trusted name in the category. 

First, we needed to create a strong brand equity. The baby product market is crowded, so standing out was essential. Then we needed the right content drive relevancy with our core consumers. We partnered with Soona for quick, easy, and affordable product video and photography shoots. Their visual magic made our products shine. Then, we teamed up with Trend.io to generate a library of user-generated content for our key products and new launches. Real parents using our products in real-life scenarios—it was authentic and relatable.

This comprehensive approach was about connecting with parents on a deeper level, making them feel seen and heard. We wanted to be more than just another brand. We aimed to be the brand that truly understands the challenges and joys of parenting.
